An anniversary course centered around our signature meat cake with a personalized message. Includes a mini bottle of sparkling wine for the toast. Soft drinks are also available as a substitute. Course Flow Before the Meat Cake is Served 1. Our staff will ask whether you would prefer sparkling wine or a soft drink for the toast and will serve your choice. 2. We will then serve an appetizer assortment and salad. 3. After that, our staff will present the meat cake with sparklers, along with celebratory congratulations. Please note that the order in which items are served may vary slightly. Before the meat cake is brought out, our staff will let you know that the salted grilled meat will be served shortly after, so please have your camera ready and prepare for the moment. 4. From there, please relax and enjoy the rest of the dishes, including our selection of meats.
