About Course Menu
Matsubara-an’s soba is made with carefully selected buckwheat flour and hand-cut in-house each day with heartfelt dedication. Our thinly cut nihachi soba offers a pleasant bite and pairs beautifully with our slightly sweet dipping sauce, in a refined Edo-style preparation. For tempura, we also offer Kamakura specialties such as seafood arare-age. In addition to local fish and locally grown vegetables, we offer a wide variety of à la carte dishes prepared with ingredients distinctive to Kamakura, to be enjoyed alongside Kanagawa’s local sake, fine sake from across Japan, and wine. Please relax and savor a memorable dining experience amid scenery that reflects the changing seasons, including our winter seasonal specialty, Kamo Nabe.
