A young proprietor, who honed his skills at esteemed establishments in Kyoto and Kamakura, carries on the legacy. This long-established restaurant, founded in 1962, has been passed down through three generations of the family. In contrast to the bustling entertainment district of Susukino, stepping beneath the curtain into the basement reveals a quiet and leisurely space. You can enjoy a course meal crafted by the third-generation owner, who has trained at renowned establishments, honoring the unique seasonal feel, fresh ingredients, and flavors of Hokkaido that differ from other prefectures.
