After 7 years, the lunchtime "Watarigani Course" is back. The "crab hot pot course," exclusive to lunchtime, has been on a long hiatus. The reason is simple: the price of blue crabs skyrocketed beyond imagination. To be honest, the prices are still high, and it's not as easy to manage as before. Yet, "We want customers to enjoy blue crabs casually at lunchtime." With that sentiment, we went through several prototypes, changed suppliers, and revised the composition, making it possible to bring it back after 7 years. With prices of rice, seasonings, and utilities all rising, this is indeed a tough challenge. However, we couldn't forget our customers' voices: "Please make the portions smaller."
