About Course Menu

Built on French cuisine, this six-course tasting menu layers fermentation, spices, and dashi to showcase the harmony of ingredients and the progression of each dish. Centered on seasonal ingredients, the course is composed with careful attention to the interplay of temperature, aroma, and texture. From light appetizers to fish, the main course, and dessert, please enjoy the changing flavors of each plate as they unfold throughout the meal. The same course as dinner can also be enjoyed during the calm and leisurely hours of the daytime.

At our restaurant, we design our courses so that you can experience the cuisine and wine as one seamless flow. Please enjoy meso’s dining experience together with our pairings and wines. A table charge/service fee of 660 yen per person will be added. For birthdays and other special requests, dessert plate message inscription is 2,500 yen, and message only is 500 yen. Please enter your request. If you have any allergies, please inform us at least one week in advance. We are unable to accommodate requests made after that. If we do not hear from you for more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as cancelled.
