★ Pre-meal Dashi At our restaurant, instead of an aperitif, we offer a special dashi made from Rishiri kelp and high-grade dried bonito, enhanced with seasonal fragrant ingredients to highlight its umami and aroma. ★ Assortment of Appetizers *The contents vary depending on the season. ★ Grilled Dishes Our standard course includes 50g of beef inner round. If you would like to upgrade the meat quality, please contact us. - Sirloin (50g) +3000 yen - Chateaubriand (50g) +6000 yen - Sirloin & Chateaubriand (50g each) +8000 yen Please make any changes by 5 PM the day before. No changes can be made for same-day reservations. You can add fish for an additional 1500 yen. ★ Rice Dishes ・Tamayura's Three-tiered Temari Meal This exquisite dish features Kyoto pickles on the first tier, high-grade bonito flakes from Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture on the second tier, and premium Koshihikari rice from Minamiyamashiro Village, Kyoto on the third tier. First, enjoy the rice topped with bonito flakes, then savor it with carefully selected rich egg for a tamago kake gohan (egg rice) experience, adding some agodashi soy sauce to taste. ★ Desserts *The contents vary depending on the season.

Please arrive at the front of the restaurant about 5 minutes before your reservation. The seating time is approximately one hour, and the meal will start all at once. Please be aware that if you are late, there is a possibility that all dishes might be served at once or some dishes may not be served, so please be careful not to be late.
