Blessed by Okinawa Prefecture’s abundant natural environment, these carefully greenhouse-grown mangoes are slowly ripened by taking advantage of natural temperature changes, bringing out their melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich sweetness.
In addition to cut mango that allows you to enjoy its appeal directly, we also offer a sorbet made by carefully pureeing the fruit while preserving the full flavor of the ingredient. This is a seasonal dessert plate that lets you fully savor the lush aroma and rich sweetness unique to Okinawan mangoes.
