Morricone hosts a wine gathering once a month. Whether you are knowledgeable about wine or just beginning, everyone can enjoy learning about wine together. This time, the theme is wine and sushi. Does soy sauce pair well with wine? Does raw fish pair well with wine? What pairs well with tuna, white fish, or silver-skinned fish? We look forward to exchanging everyone’s thoughts and enjoying a lively discussion on these topics. Each gathering brings unexpected discoveries and often overturns long-held assumptions. You may even find yourself thinking, “I’ve been misled by sommeliers,” or “I was swayed by the atmosphere.” This is a tasting event that may lead to a few delightful regrets. There is no single right answer when it comes to how each person experiences wine. Some people may not be interested in wine itself, but are fascinated by the glassware. Others may not become interested in wine, but enjoy the community that gathers around it. We aim to create a fun and welcoming event where you can take home new discoveries, so please do join us. Guests are welcome to attend on their own as well.
