About Course Menu
A luxurious offal hotpot course that includes a three-point fresh fish assortment and a combined assortment of horse sashimi. We prepare dishes that are ideal for farewell and welcome parties, and for entertaining guests. From our classic salt and tonkotsu, and special soy sauce flavor, you can choose your favorite hotpot from 5 different types, including a yuzu salt-flavored hotpot that matches the umami of chicken bones and the fragrance of yuzu. It's also possible to add an all-you-can-drink option.

- We will call you to confirm your tentative reservation. If you do not attend, we may give priority to other customer reservations. - We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific tables or counter seats during peak hours. - Depending on the supply situation, we may require reservations to be made 2-3 days in advance. Please make your reservation as early as possible. - The minimum seating time is 1.5 hours for two people. For larger parties, please allow for an estimated 2.5 hours. - Please call us for reservations for private functions or for groups of 17 or more. - If the number of guests decreases at the time of your visit, we will charge you for the total plan fee based on the number of people reserved. - If the number of guests increases at the time of your visit, we will charge a cover fee (880 yen) for each additional person.
