About Course Menu
The luxurious course includes a set of three fresh fish and our classic salt and pork bone broth, as well as a specially selected soy flavor. Also included is our chicken broth hot pot, with the umami of chicken bones and the scent of yuzu perfectly matched. You can choose your favorite pot from 5 varieties. There is also an option to add a bottomless drink to your course.
