About Course Menu
Starting with an assortment of three kinds of premium horse sashimi, the Yamakasa Course features popular tavern favorites such as chicken nanban with special tartar sauce, rolled omelet with spicy cod roe, and fluffy grilled Japanese yam. For the main dish, you can choose one of three flavors for the motsunabe hot pot: miso, salt, or soy sauce. The appetizer selection also includes excellent dishes to pair with drinks, such as fatty tuna and pickled daikon rolls and extra-thick mala menma. This 12-dish course can be enjoyed through to the final dish and dessert.
