About Course Menu
Our soba at Muan is made using buckwheat grown at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains and Sagamiko Lake. We dry and mature this buckwheat, sift it, remove the stones, polish it, mill it ourselves, and serve it fresh as hand-rolled soba. Additionally, our vegetables are grown without pesticides for you to enjoy with peace of mind. Please savor our fresh vegetables, which are picked and delivered daily.
