This course pairs 5 dishes with 5 types of wine. 
The course includes an assortment of appetizers, vibrant vegetable salad, gratin specialty, meat dish, and cheese, all perfectly paired with a selection of wines (sparkling to red) carefully chosen by our sommelier.
In alignment with these five courses, the winner of the Italian Wine Best Sommelier Competition 2022 has prepared five special Italian wines. Among the five types, premium wines are also included.
