About Course Menu
This course generously features seasonal and premium ingredients, offering both a true sense of the season and deep satisfaction. Please enjoy a full-course meal showcasing seasonal ingredients through a small-portion, multi-course style. For this plan, even parties of 2 may be seated at the table for 4 in the back. The chef, who is also a sommelier, will serve 7 carefully selected wines, with approximately 60–70cc per pour. Please make your reservation by the day before. (Subject to market opening conditions)
