Confirmation details
For same-day cancellations, a 100% cancellation fee of the course price will be charged. For seat-only reservations, we will charge 1,000 yen per person. Please note that cancellations or significant changes for groups (8 or more people) must be made at least one week in advance. (During busy periods, we may require two weeks' notice.) Please confirm the details by phone. If we are unable to confirm your reservation by phone, we will proceed with the cancellation process to prevent any issues.
