Confirmation details
For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee will be charged. For seat-only reservations, a fee of 1,000 yen per person will be charged. For group cancellations or significant changes (8 people or more), please notify us at least one week in advance. During busy periods, we may require two weeks' notice. Please confirm details by phone. If we are unable to confirm your reservation by phone, we may process a cancellation to prevent any issues.
