This is a course exclusively available at the Nihonbashi Muromachi location. [Omi Beef Yakiniku nikuTATSU Nihonbashi Muromachi Location] Savor nikuTATSU in the historic Nihonbashi Muromachi area. Omi Beef, one of Japan’s top three wagyu varieties, has the oldest history among them, tracing back 400 years. Raised in Shiga Prefecture, these cattle are traditionally bred with the underground water from the Suzuka Mountain Range and natural feed. Despite being A5 grade (the highest quality), its fat is remarkably light, offering the distinctive characteristics of Omi Beef that linger pleasantly after consumption. Private rooms are available for special occasions or business meetings. We also have unique dishes and courses exclusive to the Nihonbashi Muromachi location.
