Omi Beef, one of Japan's three great wagyu species, has the oldest history among them, with 400 years of tradition, raised in Shiga Prefecture using underground water from the Suzuka mountain range and traditional feeding methods. Despite being A5 grade (top grade), it has a light fat, distinguishing the taste one experiences after eating the Omi Beef. We have private rooms available, perfect for anniversaries or business meetings. We also offer dishes and courses unique to the Nihonbashi Muromachi store.
