Omi beef, one of Japan's three major wagyu breeds, is known for its long heritage of 400 years. Raised in Shiga Prefecture with the underground water of the Suzuka mountain range and traditional feeding methods, it is known for its classic upbringing. Despite being A5 grade (the highest quality), the fat is light, which is a distinctive feature of Omi beef that you will notice after tasting it. Private rooms are available, making it ideal for anniversaries or business meetings. We also offer exclusive dishes and courses unique to the Nihonbashi Muromachi location.
