Omi Beef, one of Japan's top three wagyu breeds, has the longest history of 400 years among them and is raised in Shiga Prefecture. These cows are traditionally reared on underground water from the Suzuka Mountain Range and rice straw, giving them a classical upbringing. Despite being A5 grade (highest quality), the fat feels light, a distinct characteristic of Omi beef that you will notice after eating. Private rooms are available for easy use for celebrations or business meetings. We also offer unique dishes and courses available only at the Nihonbashi Muromachi location.
