After making a reservation, please notify us by phone if you have any specific requests. You and the chef will then collaborate to decide the course content. If we do not receive any contact, the chef will create a seasonal menu for you. Enjoy the flavors of the season.

This course differs in the number of dishes from the 4950 yen course and can be adjusted according to your preferences, with upgraded ingredients provided.
