We offer a selection of alcoholic beverages primarily centered around wine. Our selection is mainly comprised of wines from Aomori, including those from local areas such as Tsuruta and Hirosaki. In addition to the three servings of Japanese tea served at the beginning of the meal, we will serve the wine alongside your meal.

It will be a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The selection will include original drinks such as locally produced wines from Tsuruta, Hirosaki, and other areas in Aomori, as well as homemade syrups, and will mainly feature carefully selected teas from across the country. These will be served alongside your meal, separately from the three servings of Japanese tea offered at the beginning of your dining experience.

Drink MIX - Alcohol and Non-Alcohol MIX course (chef's choice)

We offer a non-alcoholic selection. Our menu features a variety of original beverages including carefully selected teas from across Japan, fruit juices from local areas such as Tsuruya and Hirosaki, and homemade syrups. In addition to the three cups of Japanese tea served at the beginning of the meal, we will serve drinks along with your dishes.

Drink Tea Non-alcoholic selection including tea and mocktails

Before the meal, we serve three courses of Japanese tea, followed by a 10-course meal.

- The dining time is approximately 3 to 4 hours.
- If possible, please let us know the names of those coming with you.
- If there are any allergies or special circumstances, please be sure to specify them.
- For drinks, if you select one of the three optional choices in advance, we can guide you smoothly. Please note the number of people for each drink option.
  * Drinks are charged separately from the meal.
  (Example: if you choose a course meal + drink Alc alcohol, the cost will be ¥15,400 + ¥15,000 = ¥30,400 per person.)

- Accommodation is not available. Please use nearby accommodations. We will help you find one if you consult with us.
- In principle, we request that guests be middle school age or older.
- To enjoy the delicate aromas of tea, food, and sake, please refrain from using strong perfumes or hair sprays on the day of your visit.
- Please note that we are not suitable for celebratory parties or special events.
