This popular plan includes a chef’s choice kaiseki course featuring 9 luxurious dishes highlighting Kumamoto’s renowned specialties, such as a two-item assortment of horse sashimi, Akaushi beef steak, karashi renkon, and hitomoji guruguru, along with 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink. Each dish is carefully served individually to each guest, so there is no need to worry about sharing. A fully private room accommodating up to 12 guests is also available, making it ideal for important business entertainment and dinners, company welcome and farewell parties, year-end and New Year gatherings, as well as meals and reunions with friends. For ＋1,100円, the all-you-can-drink option can be upgraded to include draft beer, and for ＋2,200円, it can be changed to include seasonal local sake. The restaurant is also available for private bookings from 15 guests, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions, from after-parties to birthday celebration dinners.
