This plan includes a luxurious monthly kaiseki course featuring nine dishes that weave together the seasonal flavors of each time of year with carefully selected ingredients from Kumamoto, along with 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink beverages. The course includes an exquisite array of seasonal delicacies, such as three kinds of seasonal sashimi, seasonal grilled fish, tempura, and steamed egg custard with monkfish liver, with each dish beautifully prepared and individually served by the head chef. It is ideal for important business entertaining and dinner gatherings in a calm private room setting, as well as for special banquets such as wedding anniversaries and birthday celebrations for couples, company welcome and farewell parties, and year-end gatherings. For an additional 2,200 yen, guests may also add an all-you-can-drink selection of seasonal local sake carefully chosen by the proprietress, creating a refined banquet experience with exceptional sake and cuisine.
