Please note that this plan is for "teppanyaki." ***************************************** This is a special dinner course perfect for treating special guests on special occasions, with an abundance of premium ingredients. It begins with premium osetra caviar, followed by our restaurant's specialty foie gras dish. We source thick black abalone and Ise lobster from the Genkai Sea in Kyushu by air. The selected ingredients are expertly prepared by dedicated chefs at our serene teppan counter. For meat, you can choose from the rare Nagahagi Wagyu A5 rank chateaubriand from Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, or Kobe beef sourced directly from Kawagishi Farm in Hyogo Prefecture.
