About Course Menu
Chef Yosuke Murayama is originally from Yamagata Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he trained in Yamagata and Tokyo and then returned to his hometown in Yamagata. At the age of 25, he opened "Bistro Pa-Maru" in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. In 2017, he relocated and opened "Restaurant Pa-Maru" at its current location. Valuing the essence of French cuisine, the sauce, Mr. Murayama's forte lies in classic French cooking. He is a chef who deeply understands his hometown of Yamagata and expresses French cuisine with ingredients from Yamagata.
