At our restaurant, in order to secure the seats reserved for your booking, there may be times when we are unable to accept reservations from other guests during that time slot. Therefore, even for seat-only reservations, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on a seat charge of 5,000 yen per person. Similarly, for group reservations, we may be declining other reservations in order to secure a sufficient number of seats and time for your party. Accordingly, in the event of a cancellation or a significant change in the number of guests for a group reservation, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the seats that had been reserved. Regardless of whether food has been ordered, this policy reflects the opportunity loss incurred by securing seats for a reservation, and we kindly ask for your understanding. In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we carefully manage our reservation availability. When making a reservation, please review our cancellation policy in advance.
