About Course Menu

From appetizers featuring seasonal ingredients, to a fish course prepared using the most delicious method for the day’s fresh catch, and roasted duck carefully cooked as the main dish, this is Prelude’s standard course, allowing you to enjoy both fish and meat as two main courses. To conclude the course, enjoy ice cream finished in a world of -196°C using liquid nitrogen. Savor dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients while cherishing the techniques of French cuisine. For an additional 4,400 yen, we offer five pairing drinks, carefully selected by our sommelier to complement each individual dish. (70 ml each; available with either alcoholic or non-alcoholic options.)
