About Course Menu

From hors d'oeuvres featuring seasonal ingredients to today's game, centered on venison and wild boar, and even ice cream finished in a world of -196°C using liquid nitrogen. Valuing the unique character of each game encountered at any given time, we craft each dish with cooking methods and sauces tailored to the ingredients. Please enjoy the seasonal flavors of game, brought out through techniques distinctive to French cuisine. For an additional 3,300 yen, we also offer four pairing drinks carefully selected by our sommelier to complement the dishes. (70 ml each; you may choose either alcoholic or non-alcoholic options.)
