For customers booking a course or reserving a table only on the day, please be aware that depending on the time and level of busyness, there may be a delay in serving your food. Please make sure you understand the following before using our service or making a reservation. ※Although strollers are allowed, please note that we do not have services or facilities specifically for children. ■ Requests ■ ① About Noise Please be considerate to minimize loud noises, cries, hitting walls, doors, or dishes, and sounds from videos or toys. If the child is severely crying, we may ask you to step outside to calm them. ② Behavior in the Restaurant Please ensure that your child does not step with shoes, stand on chairs or sofas, or run or roam inside the restaurant. ③ Diaper Changing Please refrain from changing diapers at your table. There are no diaper changing facilities in the restroom, and please do not dispose of diapers in the toilet. ④ Trash Please take your trash with you. ⑤ Dirtying If you stain tables, walls, or sofas with stickers, crayons, colored pencils, etc., we may charge cleaning fees. If we find that service is being hindered or complaints are made by other customers, we prioritize previously mentioned guidelines and ask for your cooperation in improvements.
