[Area Private Plan] This plan allows for the exclusive use of the second-floor space for parties of 8 or more. Main: Rare Black Wagyu Koshugyu Filet Among the Japanese Black cattle meticulously raised in the clear waters and majestic nature of Yamanashi, only those ranked grade 4 to 5 in quality are designated as "Koshugyu." With only about 450 heads produced per year, it is known as the "phantom brand beef." This is a chef's special course featuring Koshugyu filet as the main dish. Enjoy a leisurely dining experience in a carefully crafted space that breathes new life into an over 80-year-old traditional Japanese house.
