In 2024, Ginza Escoffier, the long-established French restaurant in Ginza, brought its 74-year history to a close. Masatoshi Azuma, who served for many years as Executive Chef, now carries on its traditions and culinary techniques. As the only restaurant to inherit the tradition of Ginza Escoffier, we bring authentic French cuisine into the modern era, with a deep respect for fine ingredients and sauces. Whether you once loved Escoffier or always wished to visit, we invite you to savor dishes that carry on its legacy. Every Sunday is Family Day, so guests with children may visit. Thank you for your understanding.
