The course begins with a platter of 6 assorted appetizers and features Japanese cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients paired brilliantly with sake chosen by our sake expert and natural wines! Enjoy a plan that showcases the season's best from various regions, including Yamagata beef sirloin and snow crab clay pot rice. We look forward to serving you for everyday dining, as well as for celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and dates, or for business meetings, meals, and gatherings. A promising new restaurant, "RITO," opened on November 6, 2021. It's a place where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine made with select ingredients, enjoy sake chosen by our sake expert, and natural wines. Unusually for Japanese cuisine, we offer a prefix course that allows you to select dishes according to your mood and preference.
