About Course Menu

At the café attached to the roastery, coffee is carefully brewed one cup at a time using extraction methods tailored to the beans, such as a steampunk, Chemex, and espresso machine. The types of beans are regularly changed, allowing you to select beans and extraction methods according to your mood of the day. We also offer light meals such as hot sandwiches grilled to order and sweets.
