About Course Menu

At our café with a roastery, we carefully extract coffee one cup at a time using methods suited to each bean, such as steampunk, Chemex, and espresso machines. The variety of beans changes regularly, allowing you to select beans and extraction methods according to your mood of the day. We also offer light meals like hot sandwiches that are grilled to order, as well as sweets.
