Located on the inside of the sirloin, it sees very little movement, resulting in an extraordinarily tender texture so soft it can be cut with chopsticks. While offering the rich sweetness distinctive to Miyazaki beef, it is never greasy. Please fully savor its refined lean flavor and moist, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
