This is a course where you can enjoy 7 dishes along with nine varieties of local sake from across Japan, served in small quantities (totaling approximately two servings). A sake sommelier (JSA-certified sake diploma) will select and pair sake to match each dish. Customers who order the nine-variety sake pairing can enjoy additional drinks on the menu at half price. *This does not include bottle sales.
