We use locally sourced young chicken and finish it with exquisite grilling to create the ultimate Yakitori. We pay attention to every detail, from the adjustment of charcoal to the preparation of skewers, and provide the best dish "Yakitori" cooked to perfection for each type of skewer. As we purchase a whole chicken for our dishes, we also offer many "rare parts" that you cannot taste at other restaurants.
