An all-you-can-eat course for 100 minutes featuring horse sashimi and horse meat dishes, including mane, futaego, and horse fillet. Enjoy a variety of cuts, from the striking red-and-white sashimi pairing of lean meat and mane to the distinctive flavors of many different parts. Reservations are given priority, and availability is limited. The premium marbled horse sashimi is made with processed meat injected with horse fat. This price is for food only. An all-you-can-drink option may be selected upon arrival.
