About Course Menu
Our restaurant, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property, is one of the oldest examples of modern architecture in Japan. Guests can enjoy their meal in a modern classic atmosphere that blends the dignified space of the original structure from approximately 80 years ago, including its refined interior appointments, with a contemporary design sensibility. ■ Examples of main dishes included in this plan (from 11/1) ・Sea bream à la Dugléré, served with white fish mousse and nouilles ・Roasted branded local chicken with seaweed butter and mashed shrimp taro *For reservations of 10 guests or more, please inform us of your preferred main dish in advance.
