About Course Menu

This special course, unique to Sankyu, can be enjoyed on the high floors of the Umeda Sky Building. Following a special appetizer platter, indulge in a delicacy of blue shark from Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, luxuriously simmered in silky fowl soup. The stir-fried black abalone and seasonal vegetables are fragrantly presented in a nest style, while our in-house roasted Peking duck enhances its flavor with Sankyu's original miso. The steamed spiny lobster with garlic seafood soy sauce showcases the natural sweetness of the ingredients, presented as a premium dish. Furthermore, the black-haired Wagyu beef is richly prepared in two styles: steak and shabu-shabu. Conclude your meal with a choice of noodle dish or rice dish, and a dessert plate. This Chinese cuisine course is recommended for anniversaries and special dining occasions.

When visiting, please proceed from the Tower East 1F lobby to the 39th floor via the elevator for the upper floors. There is also a route via the Kuchu Teien Observatory entrance, but it may be very crowded. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy.
