When visiting, please proceed from the Tower East 1F lobby to the 39th floor via the elevator for the upper floors. There is also a route via the Kuchu Teien Observatory entrance, but it may be very crowded. Please be sure to review the cancellation policy. For guests requesting window-side seats or a private room: If you would like a window-side seat or a private room, please be sure to select your preferred seating type from the options shown at the time of booking. These seats are limited in number and will only be shown when available. Please also note that they will not be shown for courses that do not offer those seating options. If you do not select a seating type, or if all such seats are fully booked, we will be unable to accommodate requests for window-side seats or private rooms.
