Zuien is an autumn-exclusive course presented by Chinese Restaurant Sangu, located on the 39th floor of the Umeda Sky Building in Osaka. Beginning with a four-item appetizer assortment, guests can enjoy a rich superior broth soup with Shanghai crab miso, lightly salted stir-fried autumn salmon and seasonal vegetables, and our house-roasted Peking duck. In addition, the course luxuriously incorporates authentic Chinese cuisine such as steamed abalone with XO sauce and tender braised Japanese wagyu beef cheek.
