Sano Sushi offers an omakase experience featuring sushi made with the finest tuna from Fujita Suisan. Tucked away in a residential area of Shiba Park, it has the atmosphere of a refined hideaway for adults. In the warm, wood-accented interior, guests can enjoy sushi crafted with proven skill and a sincere dedication to each individual ingredient. The start time is 20:40. For reservations made by guests from overseas, we accept only one party per day. Therefore, if multiple reservations from guests overseas are made for the same date, we may, with sincere regret, ask to cancel one of the reservations. In addition, we also accept reservations by phone, so even if seats appear to be available online, they may already be fully booked due to phone reservations. We appreciate your understanding.
