We have prepared a plan where you can share a tomahawk steak weighing over 700g, accompanied by your choice of a Bordeaux wine bottle. (Recommended for 2-5 people) The tomahawk steak is a premium American bone-in rib roast that has been dry-aged for two weeks. As its name suggests, it is a bold bone-in piece of meat reminiscent of an "axe." We have gathered a very rare selection of red Bordeaux wines from 2000 to 2011. Over time, the acidity and tannins have melded together, resulting in a smoother taste. Please take this opportunity to savor the full-bodied tomahawk steak and the exquisite Bordeaux wine at its peak.
