[Creatively prepared with heartfelt care using rice from Gifu Prefecture, ingredients from Mino, and carefully selected fine ingredients from across Japan.] 📣On weekdays, the chef will generally handle both the cuisine and service personally. 　[Depending on group size and reservation status, a service staff member may assist.] 🆖We are unable to accommodate requests to hurry the preparation of dishes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may affect service and inconvenience other guests, so we sincerely ask for your kind cooperation. 🈂️A coperto charge applies (this is a service charge for private room use, quality furnishings, artisan tableware, etc.). Based on the signature course rate including tax, the charge is 7% at lunch and 10% at dinner. (Regardless of the course selected, the signature course serves as the basis.) However, to help our guests enjoy their experience even more, the coperto charge is waived at lunchtime for guests who order and enjoy 2 or more drinks per person. At dinner, the coperto charge is waived for guests who order and enjoy 3 or more drinks per person. For 2 drinks at dinner, the charge is reduced to 5%. Our drinks are carefully selected to complement selvatico. We do not offer vintage wines, but we do offer domestic wines, local sake, non-alcoholic beverages arranged with Japanese tea, dealcoholized wines, momiji, and other selections we personally find delicious. Pairings are also very popular.
