■Hours Lunch: 11:00–15:00 (L.O. 14:30) Cafe: 14:30–17:00 Dinner: 16:00–23:00 (L.O. 22:00) ■Closed Year-end and New Year holidays ■Cancellation Policy Please note the following policy. - Cancellation of the reservation - Up to the day before the reservation date: 0% After that: 100% - Reduction in the number of guests - Up to the day before the reservation date: 0% After that: 100% ■Additional Notes - We may contact you by phone to confirm your reservation details. - Table time is limited to 90 minutes during lunch and 120 minutes during dinner (excluding 3-hour all-you-can-drink plans). - We may not be able to accommodate all seating requests. - If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. - Depending on reservation availability, we may not be able to extend your end time even if you arrive late. Thank you for your understanding. - We are particularly busy from 12:00 to 13:00 and 18:00 to 20:00, so it may be difficult to reach us by phone during those times. - If you are using any discount or promotional vouchers, please be sure to hand them to a staff member at the time of payment.
