A tasting comparison of six different cuts of the premium, elusive meat treasure "Hirai Beef" from Kyotanba, combined with world-class delicacies in the form of meat sushi. The amuse-bouche is a collaboration of Hirai Beef and French culinary techniques. For seafood, we offer Ezo abalone and scallops. Our specialty, sukiyaki-style grilled meat, features Hirai Beef rib roast and Hirai Beef exquisite loin. You'll also be thrilled by the taste of the rare salt tongue of kuroge wagyu, so rare it's called a phantom and doesn't circulate in the general market at all! 〇 You can add an all-you-can-drink option for an additional 2,000 yen (tax included).
