This is a reservation for seats only. A renowned restaurant from Shimonoseki, Karato, frequented by celebrities seeking its unique taste from afar, has opened in Kyobashi. Utilizing local fish delivered directly from Shimonoseki, the owner and craftsman, Toshihito Ohori, personally comes to Tokyo and prepares the dishes at the sushi counter.
