Renowned figures from various fields visit from afar to savor the taste at this famous Shimonoseki Karato restaurant, which has expanded to Kyobashi. Using locally sourced fish shipped directly from Shimonoseki, owner and artisan Toshi Hitoshi Ohori personally prepares dishes at the counter.
